The members of SMACNA St. Louis are diverse in training and dedicated to career-long learning and professional development.

Through a collaboration with the Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association (SMWIA) Local 36, we provide industry-leading Professional Education Unit (PEU) courses to the entire union sheet metal workforce at the state-of-the-art Sheet Metal Workers’ Training School.

Our partnership ensures all members are equipped with the knowledge that leads to the safest, most productive and best run projects in the region. Journeymen sheet metal workers must complete a minimum of 24 hours of continuous education every three years.

Our competitive advantage is found in expert skills honed through advanced courses that deliver best practices in safety, codes and standards, and cutting-edge technology, giving today’s workforce superior service expertise spanning all sheet metal and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industries.
